This website is owned and operated by flossWORKSHOPart via Wix. These terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use this website and services as offered. This website offers visitors art/art experiences/handwriting guidance courses. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
BUYING AN ITEM
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) The item will not become yours until it is paid for so make sure you checkout to avoid disappointment. Most goods on this site are original and only one copy is available, (iii) you input payment details only at check out and not in any correspondence to keep yourself safe, (iv) you understand that delivery times may depend on the time of year and the company providing the service, (v) we reserve the right to remove the free delivery service at any time if offered, (vi) overseas delivery charges only on application (vii) we aim to send out your orders on the next working day.
PRICES
The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and postage is written against the products.
RETURNS:
Returns are not accepted unless and item is considered damaged, in which case it will usually be repaired or replaced. This is in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Formerly 'Distance Selling Regulations') which applies to sales of goods or services to consumers without face-to-face contact. However If you are not delighted with your artwork for any reason, please contact Floss. She will endeavour to replace or amend the art issue in the first instance. Commissioned art or personalised commissions are not eligible for return: (DAMAGED) In the unlikely event of you receiving damaged goods, we would need to be informed within 24 hours of receipt so please check your artwork carefully on arrival. We will need photographic evidence of the damage. We will require the original packaging and the art product to be returned to us at your own cost. Your consumer statutory rights remain unaffected.
SERVICES
We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing a service or any features of the services we offer. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason. If you have booked a service that has been removed you will be notified.
If subscribed, you agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us, by mail, email or any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for calls or text messages). If you do not want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please notify us at any time.
REPRODUCTION
The Service and all materials including, software, images, text, graphics, logos, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of flossWORKSHOPart and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof, including workshop classes you may attend with us. Reproduction in any shape or form would constitute as an infringement of these terms and will result in legal action – worldwide.
ACCESS AND ACCOUNTS
We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms.
You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time just pop me an email stating such. Any subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment
OTHER
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall flossWORKSHOPart, be liable for any indirect, or consequential damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, flossWORKSHOPart assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.
