WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING... Immersing yourself in a 5 and a half hour creative experience... Break the blank substrate/page with collage Texturize with gesso Explore interesting mark making and stamping on tissue papers Sponge contrasting/tonal colour with stencils Options to use rubber stamps, grunge paste, embossing, hand/machine stitching & gilding for details Weather permitting - eating lunch in our beautiful outside space WHAT SHOULD I BRING? Bring your ideas...whether its animals, botanicals, or sea-life etc. Do feel free to bring your own journal to use in this session. Don't forget to pack a lunch to fuel your artistic journey! WHAT WILL I TAKE HOME? A bespoke piece of art using a variety of techniques & materials Notes detailing your artistic journey & materials used Unique mark-making on tissue papers that enrich your artwork WHAT'S INCLUDED? All materials are provided Techniques are thoroughly demonstrated Complimentary tea, coffee or herbal teas WHO IS THIS THIS CLASS SUITABLE FOR? Perfect for all abilities aged 17 and over, including absolute beginners as no previous experience is necessary...Remember to wear old clothes as printing, painting and gluing can be messy but don't worry...aprons are provided. Cancellation Policy. You must contact flossWORKSHOPart at least 48 hours in advance should you need to cancel your booking. This will enable you to reschedule your session. It will also allow others to have the opportunity to take your space at short notice using resources I will have prepared. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
