WHAT YOU WILL DO use a provided bird image to create your own original template transfer the bird image to the gel plate using acrylic paint and a brayer Sponge acrylic colour to the gel plate design Print/pull an original bird artwork using a gel plate and a final layer of acrylic paint **optional - Add chalk pastels to your printing plate after all printing is completed if time allows** WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING... Just your lovely self WHAT YOU WILL TAKE HOME An original A4 Gel Print Artwork A reusable printing plate or **chalked collage** Notes detailing collagraph techniques & materials used as taken in class HOW LONG IS THE SESSION - 2.5 hours WHO IS THIS THIS CLASS SUITABLE FOR? Perfect for all abilities aged 17 and over, including absolute beginners as no previous experience is necessary...experienced artists/gel printers can be challenged with adapting the bird image and adding further details. Remember to wear old clothes as printing, painting and gluing can be messy but don't worry...aprons are provided WHAT'S INCLUDED?
