Workshop Details

All equipment and materials will be provided and included in all 6 sessions You will preparing papers and materials to create a bespoke journal cover and signatures for your own journal. Each session following will be filling the pages using printing, stencilling and stamping techniques to create your own mindful journey. Creative wellness through art can be helpful for your overall wellbeing. This course will allow you to block book a given number of sessions where you will be in the same group of no more than six for the duration. I am currently offering two courses; Self Care Journal and Take Care Tags. Both courses will use mixed media techniques but will focus on allowing you to unwind from whatever emotion you are caught up in. By introducing you to a few art methods within a safe space, sessions should bring you a calm and clear mind allowing you to find ways to enjoy new things that are in tune with what your mind and body need. Sessions will help you to let things go and explore a way to uplift your spirits within the small group. Having between 4-6 persons attending the Creative Wellness course allows for a very gentle approach and then as the weeks progress you gaining more confidence within your group. If you are interested please may I ask that you join a waiting list so that a 6 week schedule can be put in place for your preferences? Please email me stating whether a Monday Evening (6.45 -9pm), a Thursday afternoon (1.30 - 3.45pm) or a Thursday evening (6.45 -9pm) would be most suitable for you.
